Antistatic agent JYK PK40 can be used as raw material to improve spinnability in synthetic fiber processing, and has good antistatic property, smoothness, wettability and other properties.

Application methods:
Dip rolling method:
JYK PK40 recommended dosage: 0.5-2% weight ratio to fabric;
padding liquid ratio: 80-100%; Drying: at 100 ℃ for 3 minutes; setting: at 150-180 ℃ for 1 minute.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. It should not be used in the same bath with cationic surfactant.
Packing:
25 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
