Application methods:
It can be applied by padding or impregnation.
1. Padding method:
The general dosage is 40-70 g/L; One immersion and one padding (padding liquid ratio: 70-100%) → drying → setting.
2. Impregnation method:
Suggested dosage: 2-4% weight ratio to fabric;
Bath ratio: 1:10-15; Temperature: 25-40℃;
Soaking: 15-30 minutes →dehydration → drying: 80-100℃ → setting: 120-150℃.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. The use of the product may affect the color of fabrics and yarns to be treated. Please make sure that the color is confirmed before production.
Packing:
25 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
