Product overview:
The product can inhibit the excessive reproduction of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli (pneumobacterium) and Candida albicans. It is mainly used in linings, sportswear, overalls, bed covers, quilts, shirts, blouses, skirts, ready-to-wear additional fabrics, floor mats, etc.

Application methods:
Suggested process:
1.100% Polyester
It is suggested that before dyeing, it should be pre-set and treated by high temperature dyeing:
Bath ratio: 1:10-15;
JYK ABDO-300 recommended dosage: 1.5-3% weight ratio to fabric;
Disperse dyes: X% weight ratio to fabric;
Appropriate amount of dispersant and leveling agent;
Heat up from room temperature to 130℃ (heating rate is 1-1.5℃/minute), keep warm at 130℃ for 30-60minutes (the actual operation time can be determined according to the dyeing depth), cool, clean (hot water washing and cold water washing), (reduce cleaning, water washing and neutralization if necessary) and dry.
One-bath treatment is suggested for antibacterial treatment of polyester-cotton blended fabric.
2. Nylon fabric (winch, overflow, spray)
Bath ratio: 1:20;
Recommended dosage:JYK ABDO-300 1.5-3% weight ratio to fabric;
Disperse dyes: X% weight ratio to fabric;
Appropriate amount of dye retarder and other auxiliaries;
Heat up from room temperature to 95 ℃, keep warm at 95℃ for 60minutes, cool, clean and dry.
Precautions:
1. Dilute with cold water before use;
2. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
3. Add the product after all dyes and auxiliaries are fed and stirred evenly;
4. The product may cause slight color change of some fabrics;
5. Color change can be adjusted by dye formula;
6. Drying and heat setting temperature: The cloth surface temperature shall not exceed 150℃.
Packing:
25 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
It is recommended to store at 15-25℃ (room temperature) and avoid storage environment higher than 40℃.
