Product overview:
The product takes collagen as the main component, adopts advanced technology, disperses collagen in water evenly with highly absorbent substances, so that it can be fully absorbed by cotton, polyester, nylon and other fibers, and endows the fabric with good hand feeling.
Product character:
It has no effect on dyed fabrics;
It can be applied to natural fiber, synthetic fiber and blended fabric.

Application methods:
1. It is recommended to use padding method:
Recommended process: dosage: 20-40 g/L → one dipping and one padding (padding liquid ratio: 80%) → drying.
When preparing collagen working fluid, please add the product to warm water, stir it slowly and evenly, and set aside (add filtration if necessary).
2. If impregnation is needed:
Suggested dosage: 2-4% weight ratio to fabric;
Temperature: 40-50℃; Soaking and stirring for 30 minutes; Dry after dehydration.
Precautions:
1. Please store the product in the temperature range of 0-30℃;
2. Before using the product, be sure to shake it fully and stir it evenly;
3. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
4. To maintain a good hand feeling, the drying temperature should not be too high and the drying time should not be too long.
Packing:
25 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
