Product overview:

Silk-fibroin finishing agent JYK SD-P is mainly composed of natural moisturizing substance-silk fibroin, which can be used for the treatment of cotton, wool, silk, hemp and chemical fiber fabrics; The fabric treated by it has good comfort and softness.

Product character:

● It has little effect on the color of dyed fabrics;

● It does not affect the strength, hand feeling, air permeability and wettability of the fabric.

Product performance:

● Appearance: Light viscous liquid       

  ● pH: 6-7

● Ingredients: Silk protein, silk fibroin     

 ● Ionicity: Non-ionic

● Solubility: Soluble or dispersed in water

Application methods:

This product is suitable for fabric finishing, which can be impregnated and padded, and the use method is simple.

1. Padding process:

1.1 Process formula (taking the Padding ratio of 70% as an example): JYK SD-P: 30-70g/L;

1.2 Process flow: fabric pretreatment→padding silk protein finishing solution (padding liquid ratio 60-100%)→ drying (80-120℃) → setting (140 ℃× 30s).

2. Impregnation process:

2.1 Process formula: JYK SD-P: 3-5% (weight ratio to fabric); Bath ratio: 1:10-15;

2.2 The process flow is shown in figure 1:

Precautions:

1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;

2. This product may affect the fastness and color of some fluorescent dyes and reduce the fluorescent whiteness, so it should be tested in advance before production.

Storage:

Store in a dry and well-ventilated place away from light ;

It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
